Here's one thing Axl does that I actually think is really cool. He said that his band never has a pre-prepared set list. He says that they just play "whatever they think will get the crowd going." And he prepared each song with a little speech. So I'm willing to bed that he improvised that whole speech and, as he was saying it, decided "Live and Let Die" would be the best song to play next. That's really cool that he can sense the crowd like that!
