In addition to his quick wit and laddy nature, he's actually a fairly cultured and educated man too (and as one of very few devoutly religious comedians, a debate between him and Stephen on the subject of faith could prove particularly interesting). Sadly he won't be on any more episodes this series, but I'm sure we'll see more of him.

Lots of people claim they can sing, but seldom are in tune or even in the key that matches their instrument.
