I have my iPod mini as an alarm clock for my iHome and I haven't moved it in around 4 years now. I think it is pretty rare? Not sure, it is silver and I got it in 2005 and I don't think I ever kept the box. Pretty surprised it is in really good condition but then why would it be damaged if it was never used?

By the way that circle icon was a CD, along with the documentation apple used to include iTunes on a CD because back in those days it used to take ages to download iTunes over the internet, they also included the apple stickers. @blairhsv I got a 2nd gen nano later. Yes, I figured out the CD thing shortly after this video, it's a form of Apple packaging language I'm not too familiar with ;). My mini is 2nd hand and I didn't receive any dock spacer, I'm not sure when those started to show up.
