for the clean part capo is on the first part. distorted part no capo. just play D, F#, and E5 all on the fifth string aka the a string.

@jackiefan44ever Haha, there is more than one way to play a G chord, the 3,3,0,0,2,3 is typically referred to as the "rock G" or alternate G. Good catch though as a standard G major chord leaves the second string open.

I agree Taylor's tutorials are really great for beginners, or even for non-beginners learning a new song. Great job Taylor. :)
