I adore this phone. It is a great, fun, cool looking messaging phone. If you're looking for something strictly for text messaging, instant messaging and e-mail this is definitely an excellent option. It serves my texting needs very well. My only issue with this phone is that my battery is failing. I am replacing it with another LG Xenon.

I will than have to take my battery out and turn my phone back on, and repeat this about 5 times or more to get my phone screen to work again!! This is a really good phone, besides the fact that the touchscreen got a bubble in it the day i got it. If you put too much pressure on the screen on the phone it will eventually get a pressure bubble most likely. Getting a backflip for christmas. :D

I got this phone about one year ago and five months into use the screen became ghostly with all the sharpness in the image gone. A few months later the slider now dies when opened. Im currently back to my older Samsung which is working great. It might be the phone for you, but my experience was terrible. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.

@cutiestselgomezfan You definitely don't want the neon. During the first month I started to have major problems with it. i sent it back three times but every time the same thing happened. With my experience with the Neon I'm not even sure you should check out the Xenon. I've heard the Xenon hasn't done much better.
