You need to know the difference between helium and hot air. Heating air does not create helium. On Earth helium is created by radioactive decay (alpha particles) inside our planet. We find it with natural gas. On the Sun helium is created by the fusion of hydrogen.

1:45 Actually, the balloons are simply filled with air, not helium. The flame heats up the air inside the balloon. Remember from school: warm air rises? Just trying to help. I am a fan!
