  • wait so 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg? Also, do you have anymore dinner ideas that's not expensive like this? Good vid btw

  • @tapeduck21 that is correct. I am currently coming up with some new vids, just haven't had the time to put together yet. will be soon.

  • Looks good to me.

  • This looks pretty delicious even if I wasn't on a diet!

  • I sit here eating my ice cream.

  • If you don't want to eat the egg yolks and you have dogs....the yolks are great to add to their food for a nice coat.

  • So with high protein and low carbs u can gain muscle and loose weight?

  • Do you throw away the egg yolk or do you keep it for another dish?

  • @illricky I usually throw them away

  • Looks soo good, portabello mushrooms, red pepper and feta mmm.

  • Check, check, check, ch...shit, I need Feta...

  • that looks yummy thanks for the video

  • Rocco who....Siffredi?

  • @meerfisch1 haha. not quite

  • This looks pretty good ill be trying that this week for sure, i've never heard of this P90x probably as im from Europe and its an American thing but looks decent. Would you eat this daily? Cheers for the upload

  • awesome going to make it this week sometime! oh and what is the food scale called you have I must get one my calorie count is all messed up :)

  • @Jimpat82 any digital food scale will work. It really helps keep you calorie count in check.

  • Im about to start the p90x and have some questiosn cos im confused.

    1. undersay snack, why is one day nuts and another cheese an another turkey does it really make much of a differnce?

    2. im looking at fat shredder, lunch, D3 chicken salad and then soup! is that right seems alot.

    3. Are the any alternitives to someof the foods as I cant get shrimp.

    4. Can I have potatoes where non on here!! An there filling.

  • That look so good.

  • this is absolutely disgusting. shit like this contains an obscene amount of artery clogging cholesterol which adheres in your blood vessels causing atherosclerosis.

you've chosen cheese, egg yolks AND animal flesh. a trifecta of triglyceride increasing materials. I'll stick to my high carb-low fat diet.

  • @ConcreteRiver If you're doing P90X and working out everyday, your body is going to need the proteins in order to keep rebuilding the muscle you're building. This is actually a pretty good dinner.

  • @ConcreteRiver And that's why you'll be binging on cheeseburgers 2 weeks later.

  • @ConcreteRiver please tell me how fat free feta cheese, one egg yolk and chicken breast w/ no skin is a 'trifecta of fat' ?

U seem to be one of those tree hugging vegan fanatics

  • @ConcreteRiver chicken breast is one of the leanest meats you can eat, with virtually no fat on it when the skin is taken off, feta cheese does have fat, but he has the low fat kind and it is also pretty high in protein. as for the eggs, he used 3 egg whites which are fat free and filled with protein and one whole egg which contains good cholesterol which has shown to not have a negative affect on cholesterol levels. so how about you educate yourself on food before you make obscene remarks

  • @ConcreteRiver Unless you are a marathon runner, your high carb-low fat diet would make you a fat piece of shit. However, I highly doubt you run regularly.

Egg yolks contain a high amount of HDL. Cheese is a naturally healthy SATURATED fat. Yes saturated fat is healthy in moderation. I can explain if you want me to. And chicken is fattening? No comment.

Are you sure you know what atherosclerosis is and what are its main causes? It's certainly not the aforementioned ingredients.

  • @ConcreteRiver You're an idiot.

  • Yummy great idea!!!

  • might as well eat my vomit

  • roughly 400

  • how many calories was this?

  • thanks for the video. I think p90x is a very good program and Tony is awesome but the only thing i would suggest is to lighten up on the dairy. I think Tony wants to cater to everyone's needs and maybe that's why he allows dairy but it actually has a lot of saturated fat which can kill your muscle definition if too much is consumed. I love your cooking videos though and you have actually given me some great ideas. Keep up the good work..

  • that looks amazing

  • @skate02384 Thank you. It is a really good meal and very easy to do.

  • how many serving of protein is that? (just the chicken)

  • @davistran510 I believe it is roughly 6oz. Depending on how you measure serving size, that could be 1 to 2 servings.

  • around how much calories is that?

  • @sum1outder09 It is roughly 400 calories total....

  • don't heat your pan up with no oil or food, when teflon is heated on dry it becomes poisonous !

I cook him low fat food and dont pile up his plate but he will snack on crisps and biscuits....he even does this when he's has a full plateful of food. I've tried doing deserts after meals but he will still grab a biscuit . He weighs about 16 stone and is about 5'9".
