I like all the vids you've made with the engl but the tone doesn't do it for me on this one. It's not "round" enough I guess. Just curious, have you change out the tubes or is it that the amp was new to you because the amp sounds great in all your other vids.

It was the first time I used the palmer speaker simulator. Never really got the hang of it, so I sold it, lol. Wasn´t too happy with the sound on this one either. I think it´s ok though.

I haven´t changed the tubes in it. Now I´m actually have it for sale, but doesn´t look like anyone wants to buy it :P

Is that a TS9 or a Maxon? it's hard to tell cause it's so far away from the camera. anyway, I love those. I usually use it as a boost on my distortion channel all the time. I have the drive at 0 though so I don't take away from the tube warmth of my amp haha

I don't remember which one I used, but I think it's channel 4. I would definitely recommend it.

Congratz with the invader. You won't regret it =) All you need is an isp decimator, because the invader is pretty noisy without it. It does feature a gate, but I don't like it very much. The decimator works great for me, if you set it up wrong it will remove some sustain and stuff though. You could also get a tc electronics g-major in effects loop for delay, chorus, reverb etc...

That's all you need;)

I dont do any mixing, actually, this video is the first time, did a little bit of eq, but not much, just did that in my video editing program, sony vegas. I used adobe audition to record songs, then tried nuendo for a little while, thats a very good program. But recently I bought pro tools, so Ill use that to record songs (my own material, not videos) I'll post some of it when I feel ready :)
