graphics of sims 2 and sims 3 are very similar, but sims 3 are more 'real' and softer too. only reason that vids come out better with sims 2 is because they've been around longer and have more mods availble. from experience also, sims 2 accepts .package files with no problem (mods) but sims 3 lags like a maniac if you add ONE .package file which makes it harder to add mods to the game and actually use them. either this was done on purpose to avoid such mods being used or its a glitch.

I'm not taking away from the uploader's talent, there's certainly a lot here. And from the looks of it, she did a damn good bit of collecting for Sims 2 content. However, HOWEVER, because there IS soooo muuuuch content for Sims 2 already created by various sites, finding extreme high quality meshes / textures is a matter of looking through modthesims.
