  • One love Organic Avenue. Thanks for the response. That's showing love in the youtube public square. I wanted to know do you think I can make those with the steel cut oats? I would have to ground them down correct? (I don't like to waste, (soo affraid of karma) so I am asking).Blessed love

  • that looks yummy yes pliz let us know if we can use steel cut oats if so shd we soak them.@maroonrebel steel cuts oats are not raw but i lke how they taste

  • @MultiNaturals We've only tried them with the rolled oats which aren't technically raw either. Try the steel cut and if it seems to digest ok then you are probably good to go...

  • One love Organic Avenue. I thought that cracked or rolled oats were not raw due to the fact that they are heated. I have only wanted to use steal cut oats for that reason. Please let me know. Thanks. Luv.

  • @maroonrebel Yes the rolled oats were heated during processing so they aren't technically raw. They give a nice consistency to this gluten free cookie recipe and it is very cleansing as all other ingredients in them are raw:)

  • Looks yummy!

  • @tart1111 They are beyond yummy- you've gotta try them!

  • I don't like oat meal what can I substitute it with?

  • @31olejka Try nuts- raw almonds and walnuts would be great!
