  • Wondering why no one got word of DietOramy dietary regimen program? I was randomly hitting Google and discovered it - I must say it's the 1st eating routine program that I've tried that does not cause me to feel consistently hungry, and I am nonetheless losing extra load.

  • I have located DietOramy diet programs (you'll discover it on Google) - that fat loss plan is simply brilliant, I 'm not actually starving myself and I am nevertheless getting rid of excess pounds - the catch is in a variety of variants of nutrition, not really in calories...

  • Good tips. I think buying just what you need for the week for at least two of your meals like breakfast and lunch keeps your diet on track and maybe save money too

    I normally have a glass of water first thing in the morning, then after shower, another glass on the way out to work. Already 3 glasses within 2 hours. Having enough water, can flush your toxin out of your body effectively. healthyallin

  • Great video, although recent research shows you don't necessarily need to drink 8 glasses of water per day. Most people require much less than 8 glasses since many foods like fruit (and beverages like tea/coffee) already contain plenty of water.

    Btw, the 8 glass rule never came from scientific research. Just one of many medical myths.

  • @drdietnews very true, people who live in colder climates consume way less water then in hotter. so why on earthe i have to wrestle with myself and pour 2 gallons a day in myself if i don't even want. we need to drink water to replanish lost and clean body. its like another stupid myth: do oil change every 3 month or 3 miles. what a bullshit. even California government said its a bull of crap, and its true. cars can go on the same oil for as many as 15.000 miles

  • easy way for 5 fruits and veggie : Have a fruit smoothie for breakfast, have an apple for mid mornin snack, have a banana for lunch, have sweetcorn and green beans for tea or a side salad.

    Trust me :) It sucks...especially the Jet lag, and the cup of coffee doesn't do the body justice either. Thank you for the info...I think everyone should strive and eat healthier.

  • Eat cucumbers with Veganaise which is an organic dressing that is a better alternative to mayonaisse. I used to eat cucumbers a lot in high school and I went from a size 11 to size 3 within a year and it also helped that I did a 100 jumping jacks almost every day along with eating cucumbers as a snack.
