She introduced this straw man to distract. Obama does NOT decide on judgeships, he formalises the decision ceremonially. What about the buy in option for medicare? why is that scary? I think Alan Grayson is not a bad person but he is wrong in this one in my opinion, even when his objetive could be a good one it is not going to be the result.
