@Jah2070 why does it suck. try watching a whole race but pick a driver like carl edwards or kyle busch as your favorite. in any sport when you have a person your invested in it opens your mind to the enviroment their in. thats what i did with ALMS and now i like that series so as grand am and F1. just remember nothing truly sucks because their will always be a fan some where that enjoys what may appear as unenjoyable to yourself.

@YUBU8 I am a fan of kyle busch because he's from connecticut and i'm from connecticut, but what style of racing do you find more fun to watch? D1, F1, WRC, GT1, GT2, GT3, or Nascar?

@Jah2070 i love Nascar because well its 4 wide on the start and theres always a battle on the track. i like F1 because hambone makes it exciting to watch and the chance to see if someone can beat vettel or watch him make history. i dont really follow WRC except for in car shots and highlights niether do i watch GT series just ALMS and cheering on corvette racing (i will probably forever hate red lizard racing, i still remember leguna seca!).

@Jah2070 for me it has to be nascar just because its built around side by side racing surprisingly my favorite series is the truck series those guys are wild especially the Brazilians (piquet jr and miguel) along with al lthe other crazys lol

@YUBU8 Have you watched Australian V8 supercars? It's like Nascar but they race on all road courses. It's good close racing with alot of contact.

@YUBU8 - 850HP GT Vette - never happen! They forced the Covette to use a 5.5L in the new GT2 Vettes this year, down from the 7.0L they were running. The previous C6R had over 500HP and over 600 ft/lbs. of torque. More torque than horsepower = winning.

Search youtube with: "Corvette just to be fair" - great commercial from Chevrolet. Also very fitting given Corvette Racing just won the 24 Hours of Le Mans - again. Covette Racing + Pratt & Miller + Katech = monster!

@stevil1300 yea i know i follow ALMS should have been a 1-2 finish at the 24H of Nurb except for i think the number 4 car making a risky move for no apparent reason. and the sound still excites even if it doesn't growl like it used too.!

@YUBU8 - I was just making a joke to see how long it would take to get a NASCAR/Johnson fan to respond. I know they race @ Sonoma and I grew up about 2 hrs. from Watkins Glen. I also know there's a lot of drivers that came from other race disciplines including Montoya and let’s not forget Tony Stewart’s history.

I do disagree that the cars don't like to turn though. With that much rubber on the road they can and do grip. What gets me is 850HP and no TCS - now that's hard!

Still, even if he is the top NASCAR racer I'm still not sold on him having enough talent to be at something like the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

@WayfstrthnU The 24hrs of LeMans is a different beast than NASCAR, but I would like to see what Jimmie Johnson could do. Maybe in just a regular ALMS race first.
