hi, great build! How is the tto tacho,hour meter? Is it accurate for rpms? and what rpm have you had with this engine since ran in?

@linzitazim thanks mate, i havn't tested the TTO tacho against anything else so can't really say, i actually removed it just after this first fire up vid and replaced it with a TTO temp guage so i had one on each cylinder to help with tuning - what i can tell you is the TTO temp guages are rubbish and totally inaccurate - the hotter the motor the more inacurate they get, eg at 350F on a temp gun the TTO's were showing 470F !!!

crowescru cheers mate, got some cnc ported heads being lined up with an engine builder in Sydney atm whos motors all have a rep for going hard as, hope to have them by the end of Feb/early March, should be an animal then - going from 50.8cc stock 34mm heads which push it along sweet now with lots of wheelies, to 57cc cnc ported 36mm heads. Can't wait. :-)

@sthall121 Silly boy, have a look at my other vids, this was the very first time i had it all together with the twin and fired it up - of course there's no dirt on it.....ha ha you scrotum.....i'd lay money on it this has been jumped bigger in the dunes than anything you may have done with your 23cc RTR.....lol. I don't own shelfies....as i too see no point to owning something like that and just looking at it.

well Mr Devin if you read the description you'll see this was the first ever firing of the spanking new engine and putting it through it's first heat cycle, after spending this much time and money i wasn't gonna just throw it down and thrash it without making sure everything was right you twat....have a look at my other vids and you'll see it get's used , WTF to you fool.

Went past 12000rpm once in this vid but tight as and brand new and rich as hell - i've long since run the motor in and tuned it properly and am unsure of max rpm as have removed tacho and fitted another temp guage for tuning each cylinder the same, i'd be guessing it revs to 18000+ easily, it really screams now up top, just love the sound it makes on full song....!

Thanks for that MrCockinaboy, yes stock Zen 34mm marine heads for now, on a far superior German made full billet bottom end with decent 5 year warranted crank coupler and no case sealing issues like the Korean built RCMK bottom end that OBR uses which leak oil into the clutch etc....in time this will have fully ported 36mm heads, it pushes the 20kg billet chassis easily now with stock cylinders.
