Disney XD is basically an extra Disney Channel. Toon Disney had osmeof the greatest cartoon, inclusing DuckTales, The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, House of Mouse, etc.

Call me a dreamer, but since Disney Junior is getting its own channel next year, the Disney Channel itself will finally be able to clear A LOT of air time that the preschool block has taken up for the past several years. The logical solution on how to fill the extra time slots on Disney Channel's schedule next year? Old classic disney shows from toon disney. Not only will it guarantee viewers, but it will finally break the monotony of the channel. It's just a thought, but very possible....

Disney XD really should have just been a separate channel rather than a revamping of Toon Disney. I can see why Disney XD was made (basically more for the "young boys" audience, since Disney Channel programming has been geared a bit more towards young girls as of late), but did they really need to get rid of Toon Disney? We're talking about the Walt Disney Company here, they probably could have very well just set up a separate channel.

It'd be nice if Disney made a channel similar to Boomerang.
