Yeah, the Chet's sound was KILLER live, liked its sound much better than the normal Taylor acoustics he uses nowadays. I actually own the same guitar, GREAT live guitar. Packs a lot of punch And btw, he breaks a string during this song. At about 3:40, he stops playing for a second and you can see him pull the broken string out of the way in the background. So his guitar AND Boyd's violin are both out of tune after that. LOVE the Chet sound though!

Probably one of the better choices for a guitar being used live in an acoustic band. Solid body acoustics (like the chet atkins sst) have the ability to go extremely loud volume with no feedback. So i'm not sure what youre talking about. The guitar sounds great

@laxattack260 what i'm talking about is how thin it sounds. that's what i'm talking about. who cares how awesome the guitar is if you end up with such a weak sound? i'm running a fishman blender in my Larrivee and the live sound is simply natural, full, woody, percussive, incredible. i understand live sound and i know how bad it gets at higher volumes. don't tell me it sounds great, it sounds weak. great axe or not, the LIVE SOUND is the final product when you're producing a show, and it sucks.
