They didn't work together on this. She had the idea and financed the project, but she left and Roger finished the movie alone. She had no rights to be on stage with him. Roger's attorneys made the mistake of letting her keep the Producer title, even though she left.

@ourloveourfriendship She was a producer for the doc. She had an issue over the direction of the film: the director wanted to focus on Prudence, but Birkett wanted to focus on the whole band. Anyway, the end result is much ado about nothing. Music By Prudence will get its 15 minutes of fame and or shame.

I was also appalled at Ms. Birkett's behavior. The way she took the stage was rude and she lacked eloquence when she did speak.

However: nothing, nothing, nothing will take anything away from Roger's great accomplishment with this film. Prudence and Liyana will be heard throughout the globe and that is brilliant.
