Ang problema lang po eh walang aqueduct o daanan ng tubig na nagduduktong sa LaMesa Dam at Marikina River kaya imposible na galing sa dam yung malaking volume ng tubig. Sa video na nakunan ko mapapansin mo yung waterflow direction from right to left. Nasa left ang Marikina river. nasa right ang mga bundok. Para malinawan subukan nyo tignan sa google earth o sa google maps. Obvious na kalbo mga bundok at may mga subdivision. Dun rin galing ang putik sa eroded na lupa. Sana naliwanagan po kayo..

1 months worth of rain hit the city in 6 hours. No matter what you do there will be extreme flooding, especially because Manila is a basin that's below sea level. Of course, improving drainage and having more trees would help, but this scenario is a once in a century event.

There is too much emission of gasses from factories.., Carbon Monoxide from cars.., chlorofluorocarbons, etc. damaging our atmosphere and the ozone layer. Basura, nakabara sa mga kanal at ilog... In the mountains, there is excessive cutting of trees that would hold water when it rains. Magkaisa sana tayo sa pag-alaga sa ating kalikasan!
