i am a sociology student and today we where studying a guy named Thomas Paine. he said "hereditary titles are stupid and absurd because inheriting power or leadership is like saying just because my father is a scientist i am too, or because he is a poet then i must be too". i agree with him. England is behind at least by a couple of hundred years and its all thanks to the royal family. if they don't do anything or have any power then why do we need them at all? they get paid out of our tax.

This 3D bollocks on Channel 4 dosnt work, and i'll tell you why it dosnt work...

The 3D effect that is achieved has nothing to do with colour what so ever, so i have no idea why they have all these vibrant colours going on. To get 3D, you record the same image from 2 different lens', so the image is seen as double by the naked eye, then the glasses lets each eye view the two shots through the two lens' individually, and this tricks the brain into thinking the object has more than one plain.

The 3D effect is only just passable, not at all impressive, and the glasses ruin the original vibrant colours. Overall, a very great disappointment after all the hype. Also, it seems nasty people grabbed most of Sainsbury's 3D glasses and are selling them on eBay!
