  • 90%? unless devry offers "flipping burgers 101", and "fundementals of mopping floors ", that's highly unlikely. state school graduate amd proud of it!, right here.

  • The jackass that works at my job on the help desk for 20k a year graduated from DeVry. Don't you believe it!

  • People have many different reasons why they would choose Devry or a similar institution over other schools. Even if many of those reasons are due to lack of access to those other schools (for whatever reason) how can anybody fault someone for wanting to improve their education or any other aspect of themselves? It's pretty pathetic that some people feel the need to criticize others for their ambitions in order to make themselves feel better.

  • to all those who graduated from devry: have fun serving me burgers and fries on my way to a surf trip in hermosa beach.

  • I just pass the CPT into the field that i wanted to go, and i will be starting at DeVry University in July for Computer Information Science everyone thats talking crap about DeVry needs to shut the F**k up, if you havent gone to the school and actually sat down and went through it and graduate then you have no part in talking. DeVry is a great school with amazing teachers their presentation and open house was amazing and they made you feel like you were part of their team unlike big universities

  • Devry is great. Good luck on your CIS program. I heard it's hard!

  • @ShowNoMercy7 Yeah!Wonder what your saying now!

  • @TheNeoSwoosh Loving the school. Amazing and fun, I been offered a job by Microsoft, Sprint, and IBM. So um, yeah I LOVE DeVry...

  • DeVry sucks! They lied to me. I only got $60,000 when I graduated from DeVry. I suppose to make as much as Bill Gate.

  • 60K after graduation = testimony of how good Devry is.

  • My air force education counseler says she hears nothing but good things about devry. Devry is the first school where I was taught by actual doctors in their subject.

I got my associate degree at community college. Devry is more fast paced, but it is worth it. I gotta finish my degree within a year.

It is really expensive, so community college is good until you are ready to start university. Devry is regionally accredited, just like any major university. I am happy.

  • Devry is a joke. If you paid like $40k for a worthless degree....SUCKS TO BE YOU!!!!

  • And to think, I was planning to go here after high school, you guys have enlightened me.

  • Hi. I've been looking around for colleges myself recently and I find that every single college has countless young kids putting up bad reviews on these sites. I am sick and tired of them. All they are are people who graduated and didn't apply themselves so they have trouble getting a job. At Devry every teacher is required to have a Masters degree and have several years of experience in the field. I met with a rep today and was blown away by their professionalism.

  • Have fun flipping burgers as us suckers work hard for a Bachelors degrees from an accredited university and make 10x more. SUCKS TO BE US.

  • devry really is not that bad.

  • hahaha. we got a devry student here that got suckered out of thousands!

    hahahahahhaha

  • I agree. I have been to 3 different colleges, Devry teaches the same algebra. The same science. Except at Devry I am taught by people with PhDs and job experience in their fields. Devry University is a good school and will give you a good start towards a good career.

  • NOONE finds jobs after they graduate. I attend Keller in Atlanta...there are hundreds of us that are unemployed. I know that you must be one of their representatives.

  • Maybe you should improve youself and make yourself more marketable. You gotta sell yourself. A degree is not going to do all the work for you. Just because you are finished with school doesn't mean that you can relax and let jobs come to you.

  • Agreed. I took my math classes at Devry. EXCELLENT teachers. They take the time to actually explain how things work. And I'm taking lab classes.. great teachers. They explain everything, and the threaded discussions are AWESOME. Believe it or not, I'm actually going to miss taking classes after graduating.

  • DeVry is a Ripoff & Scam! Go ahead Google it Ripoff Reports on DeVry. With their degree you can prepare to stand in the long 8.1% unemployment lines with a huge college tuition. Check out the complaints & lawsuits against DeVry & read the TRUTH & FACTS about MANY DeVry locations in the US and Canada. Give yourself a REAL COLLEGE EDUCATION...ENROLL AT ANY STATE or PRIVATE ACCREDITED COLLEGE. for a REAL DEGREE not just a worthless Cracker Jack Prize. These people are paid by DeVry to advertise.

  • DeVry executives got their Real Educations at Harvard, Stanford & Princeton. Obviously well off people.. It's posted on the business pages as well as their huge salaries. They wouldn't have their 6 figure salaries with an education from DeVry nor will they be sending their own children to DeVry. They just keep ripping off students who believed their false promises & ads that DeVry is capable of providing a reliable college education for a decent career. State/Private colleges are a lot better.

  • Your jump-start will be straight to the 8.1 % Unemployment Line with your DeVry Education. There are a lot better programs & much more advanced at local state & private colleges where the tuition is thousands lower. A few extra months in a reliable college is worth it for your future career in these high demanding times especially in the technology field. Most DeVry University programs will not get you the experience you'll need to succeed. Trust me. I was a former straight A Devry student.

  • @CanadaUniv1 Okay, fucker. Some of us don't come from big families and can't afford the big university education. I know I can't and I'm 24. Of course I'll be going to an accredited college in this state, but some people are fortunate. Oh, and the guys who are graduating from their,"private," universities as you say are going into the military. My friend did 4 years of tele-communications major and is now enrolling in the US Army. So, STFU. Ty, biatch.

  • hahaahahAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!

yeah, 90% were employed within 6 months flipping fucking burgers.

  • LMFAO!!!

  • LOL ain't that the truth Ruth!

  • 92% were employed within 6 months IN THEIR CAREER FIELD making an average of $52,000. If you can flip burgers for that much, count me in!

  • @bkisme so true

  • @bkisme No, actually earning an average of $50,000 a year to start. you dont make that flipping crabby patties

  • @jcheyney so Devry called you in to defend their crappy college? LOL!!!!

  • This fucking school is full of nerds pinches cerebritos culeros seme hace que me estoy arempintiendo de ir
