  • Yea, no kidding. It makes me thing of (Revelation 6:6) . . .. 6 And I heard a voice as if in the midst of the four living creatures say: “A quart of wheat for a de·nar′i·us, and three quarts of barley for a de·nar′i·us; and do not harm the olive oil and the wine.”

I'm watching all your videos in order (except the 1st few I watched were your most recent) and I'm loving them so far. I havent watched one yet that I didnt like.

  • You're right, it's NOT over and it is REAL!!! My husband almost lost his job because of this and he works for a big company. Several companies in our area have already closed because of this mess. And while, yes, it's starting to look a little better, it's still not over yet.

  • I agree many Americans have over-extended themselves, not just in credit cards, but mortgages and new car payments, etc. as well. And no, there is not an economic collapse -- yet. But we're definitely heading in that direction though our GOVERNMENT tells us differently. The numbers don't lie. Trust me, I doubt very few of my subscribers believe what the government tells us. And yes, our manufacturing jobs went overseas. . . You seem to have it all correct, but cannot see collapse eh?

  • There is no economic collapse at all, wake up Americans, everyone is just using this to hide their overspending on credit cards . I live in Australia and we know its not happening its funny to see that all you guys are believing what your government is telling you.All the people that lost their job should see that the big company's only what you out so they can send it overseas where they can pay less wage.

  • i have twin grandaughters and this is the second year i bought school supplies. no problem there if i got it they get it. i balked on the school requiring dry erase markers......for the teachers. you have got to be kidding me. teachers didn't get them from me.

  • Took my youngest to the kindergarten open house last night (we ride the school bus in actually). Each teacher always has a "wish tree" outside her door on the wall. You (parents) pick a paper apple (or two) off of it and then send whatever classroom supply written on it with your child on it during the first week of school.

There's thinks like pop-up wipes, snacks,

art supplies, that type of thing. You also get a list of supplies your child needs that then get put in a community pile.

  • Yeah it is sad thanks for the video, yeah I have seen a ton of CHANGE for the worse ;-( .

  • Don't listen to mainstream media it's worthless. Our economy will not recover. "Visionvictory" makes great honest video about the economy.

It's not only our economy that is failing it's just about everything else in this country all at once. I am praying overtime. I pray that God shows us what we need to do and when we need to do it, when the time comes. We have evil people running our country. We have unelected Czars that are making life changing decisions. How many do we have now 46?

  • I guess the "change" and "hope" isn't working out for everyone.

  • it's horrible for us up in sebring, if the snow birds don't come down this year I doubt we will make it to next year.

next time I hear someone tell me anything about green shoots I am gonna tell them "Yeah you actually mean weeds"

  • Carmin, People are hanging onto the one or two pieces of semi-encouraging news and ignoring the HUGE amount of facts and stats coming in to the contrary. Also, those news stories they are clinging to - not always exactly as reported. For example, the 7% increase in home sales story failed to mention that 1/3 of them were foreclosures.

  • I have seen on several occasions, ads on Craigslist by people who are donating school supplies to military families upon proof that they are in fact military.

Thank goodness for people like that.

  • Thank you !!

  • Hey Renee,

As a retailer I am seeing folks wait until the last minute to get shoes and the like for back to school. Not to mention a ton of "Declines" on credit cards. I don't even know how to handle it any longer. It is not good for the small guy store, I can just imagine the big box guys.

    Peace.

    John.

  • Yes, as a retailer (repair side), what I am seeing is startling. I have a large website and was getting repair work by UPS nationwide, as well as locally, so I had plenty of work. Both dried up at the same time, and this summer I have had almost no work. Nationwide problem here. I have not seen anything like this in 20 years in business. Phone won't ring. I work at home and have really low overhead and no debts. Any business with higher fixed overhead, rent, employees, will close soon.

  • I was wondering how your back to school sales have been. Well. . . if nothing else, it will make leaving for the cabin easier -- less to leave behind. Not that I'm nagging about that or anything. . . ; )

  • that makes me sad. I struggle too but kids/school has mandatory expenses whether you can afford it or not. I was a caregiver to family member during those years with sons and as much as I wanted the class photos, etc., they were hard at times. I'm sorry to hear other parents struggling. It absolutely is a sign of what's coming and what's here.
