One molre thing: you have to set duration BEFORE you load pics into movie maker.

Moviemaker is already on your compputer most likely, if you have windows

You can do this with windows movie maker just set the "duration" to .125 secs, this is in the preferences i believe.  Then just load your pics in and then you can add slowdown or speed up "effects" it is actually really easy, take time and patience. Good luck.
