She spits out blood, kicked in the face, forced to kiss her ex, and kicked in the face again. During the car scene, Natalie and Madison have a MUCH LONGER version of their fist fight in the car, and when the girls fly off the car its so much more brutal. Just watch it and see.

I think it's interesting how Diaz has never done any action film beside this, since, in spite of all the silly wire-fu and CGI stunts, she actually looked and sounded convincing in her action scenes. Seamus was her former lover and she obviously, somewhere inside of her, still loved him so, she couldn't just full out try and kill him the first time she saw him again. Seamus brought back a lot of old memories and she was distracted, I think.
