I really like Gian's aggressive Dhalsim, very refreshing to watch.

Most Dhalsim players play pretty defensively, sitting back with yoga fires and long limbs, but Gian plays a lot more in-your-face and can finish off opponents PDQ.

Yes, Boxer is a top tier character in 2X, but Claw is a far worse match up for Sim than Boxer. Sim can still zone quite well against Boxer, but that's not possible vs Claw.

akuma is broken and is banned everywhere. sagat isn't as broken, however in some places he is soft banned. here's a tier list of all characters.

In HD Remix he's balanced, if that's what you're talking about. In good ol' SF2, his air fireballs are simply unbeatable, no character in the game has any way at all of dealing with them. That is why he's broken and that is why he's banned.

Claw is Vega in the american version of SF. In Japan he was named Balrog. American Balrog was named M. Bison(Mike Bison) in Japan and American M. Bison was named Vega. The names were changed around to avoid a potential lawsuit from Mike Tyson. Naturally, since not everybody played the american version, the SF community came up with universal nicknames to avoid confusion. Vega/Balrog=Claw, Balrog/M. Bison=Boxer, and M. Bison/Vega=Dictator. Hope that clears it up.

Dhalsim is top tier in a lot of games he appears in. He's top tier in nearly every SF2 game. SF2WW he is the only useable character besides Guile. CE, ST, A3 as well. In the versus series he is A tier, just below the S-tier Wolverine/Omega Red. Dhalsim is also top tier, just below the God tier of Storm/Sent/Cable/Mag.
