hey, I just got one of these and the disc I got came with NES games on it... yet I can't put it on. I connected my mp4 player to the computer and even created a "game" folder and put them in there but they don't work at all. am I doing something wrong or does this thing only play that tetris game?

This mp4 only plays .AVI format. you need to use the converter included on the CD.

this is a plain mp4 not a cell phone so it will work anywhere.

maybe the mp4 doesn't support the video format that you you put into the player or it doest support the codec the video is using. use the converter included on the CD.

browse the CD manually, go to My Computer and click on the drive where you put your CD.

the player has a cd included in it and there is a software converter included. install that software and convert your videos to .avi format.

i have the 2GB version which is a similar version....what format are the games in? my whole mp4 got reformatted so i was wondering what file type the games were. i think it might be .rkf or something

Hey, I got one of these last month. I treat it like a baby but suddenly the sound has gone very tinny!!! While I was listening it just happened. Can't get it back to good sound :( Any ideas? Anyone??? Buy cheap buy twice???

sorry to hear that, try to contact the person you bought this from maybe it's still covered with warranty. All mp4's from china have different manufacturers and different qualities. Maybe your right, if you pay cheap, you will get what you paid for.

The guy I got it from...Chan...is no longer a registered with the site I got it from. I'm reluctant to enquire as the whole earthquake thing makes me wonder if he's dead or something. Anyway, I took it apart and bent the headphone connector things back. Easy fix for a common problem...I just wish I hadn't got angry with it and bent the casing first.

AVI format, use the converter that is included on the CD when you purchase the player to make sure all the AVI converted files will play on your player.
