I believe with the question about sexes he meant that why are there two. And that's because to avoid for an example everyone to be able to mate with everyone and making natural selection not quite as possible, because when you can't mate with anyone you want there will be more of a competition and making a race evolve faster and let the bad genes die out more easily. I totally understand why you believe that, don't get me wrong, but you must take into account both sides of a spectrum, and both sides of an argument. If you don't do that, then you are cheating yourself of understanding of the subject.

Downsyndrom is not a DNA mutation, its a chromosomen , i think its the 21st :P

and it was never natural selection, its a fucking problem with the transcribing and translating of the DNA into mRNA and back to DNA to duplicate it.
