when i saw them at the roundhouse they played about 8 songs if i remember rightly, but one of them was just the very short wax simulacra (no extended ending or anything). they also didnt play thaaat much pre-song jamming or ambience, and show totalled about 2 hours 15 minutes. dont know if thats a standard gig or not tho

They play on average about 11 songs! About an hour & a half and longer! They love to improve. Kind of like this song! All of their songs are longer in concert. It's almost like rush.

They played a 40-minute Cygnus in Cleveland, too. It was absolute madness and I loved every second of it. I cannot wait to see them live again. I've seen other proggy bands like Tool and Rush, but TMV takes the cake as the best live prog band I've ever seen.
