I am very short and reach the pedals by wearing "platform shoes" similar to yours. I took my shoes to a repair place and they cut a BIG V in the bottoms so that the HEEL and SOLE of the shoe are separate. Now I can play from D to F# on the pedals very easily. I also had the soles of the shoes filed on the sides so they are more narrow. The bottoms of the soles are a smooth leather for easy sliding. I hope this is helpful information. Keep up the good playing!!

I dont like the "hip-hop" shoes!!! Too many mistakes on the pedals! You would do better to play in your stockings!!

@carol9820 How many mistakes are there? I don't have the time to count them, but apparently you do ;-)
