  • I would hug and kiss this baby so much!! : ) She is so beautiful!!! : )

  • sweetest thing I'v seen in a while

  • awwwww she is adorable!! i often feel like people with houndy or big clumsy dogs never learn about clickers and never teach their dogs anything. For instance, my aunt's dog beaulah hardly knows sit. and also all the dog trainers have super intelligent dogs like border collies or german shepherds or goldens or labs. but you have a GREAT DANE! and you're teaching her this! amazing and wonderful!! keep doing what you're doin!

  • WoW this dog is smart.. O_o

  • aaah it feels so so so so goooood

when a dog finaly learns a trick after long long sessions

  • I love this video. So helpful that you shared the parts where you and she were having problems. I have been going through that with my two the past couple of days and it helped me so much. Also loved how you solved the confusion and the success. Thanks so much for sharing it all!

  • What a beautiful girl! And she clearly loves her mama :). She will soon be putting everything she can in that basket LOL. Great work!

  • I'm going to try to tech my dog that. You helped my training so much.....ThankYou

  • i think its the awousomest video in the history of the world

  • XD haha this is adorable! Honey is so cute:)

  • Beautiful dog!

  • This dog is amazing! I love watching her put the toys in the asket, wish I could teach my dog how to do that!

  • @petplaysf But you can! You just need patience. Did you see how long/how many sessions Honey took to do it? :D

  • this so cute watch honey learn how put toys in basket I have black lab that tell she want go out side or she want hug when I come home from work.. from Allen Hamm

  • Ohhhhhh .... I love your dog and you are very good to learn her wat she have to do,

I have a big poodel, and he goes in agility here in sweden , his mam is a champion in agility ..

    divasx ..*******

  • yayyyyyyyyyy she got it!!! :D

  • Aw, I love how delighted you are by your dog! I hope to have that sort of relationship with my great dane when I get one! (:

  • 1:21 ''GET THAT OUT MA FACE''

  • I want a dooooog now lol

  • 1:22 Ha ha ha! shes like i dont want to do this!

  • 1:21 is hilarious!

  • You can also try clicking any advancements towards the basket. Or you could also teach her to target the basket before teaching her to put the laundry in it. Then again, that method worked pretty well too. Btw, I love that fan above the couch. :D

  • I love this! I tried the same thing with my Giant schnauzer, but didn't get any further than you did at first. Now I have a Giant who loves to steal my socks! I'll have to work on training the rest of it.

  • I don´t like the fawn great danes but this is an exception =)

    SO BEAUTIFUL

  • big dog

    kill it weman

  • Love this video! Trying to teach our GSP to pick up her toys because she always leaves them scattered all over the house! This is a great help. Do you find the clicker really helps them learn quicker? We don't have one and wondering if we need one to teach her more advanced things.

  • @totallyshway86 - I do find the clicker helps as it is a brief, unique, consistent, sound which clearly marks the exact action - no ambiguity. However, a lot of ppl have equal success with a marker word (eg. "Yes!") - must always in the same tone & pitch & brevity (v hard to achieve with inconsistent humans!). For more complex behaviours, it really helps to break it down into small steps and mark/reward each step clearly so dog is confident before building on the next step. Good luck!

  • Love it !! She's amazing and the interaction between you two is incredible. Had me laughing and smiling all the way through ! What is Honey's special treat that you reward her with? Maybe I can do a little better with my Great Dane Marty?

Thank you again for all your videos, I get great enjoyment watching them. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Honey, You are Awesome . ♥♥♥♥♥♥

  • @jmvideo7 - Sorry for late reply! I vary the treats I use - not boring dry stuff but high value "human food" - eg. sausages, ham, roast chicken, cheese, dried liver, leftovers that are 'safe' for dog to have in small quantities - Honey's favourite treat is actually bread, if you can believe it! V useful way to get rid of stale toast!! :-)

  • @hsinyicohen hahah my jack russell's favourite treat is bread too!

  • you are a copmplete genius!@!!!!

  • she is soo beautiful and smart!!!

  • Great video.. Love how you broke down the steps.... Thanks, JMP

  • Is she on the larger side? Cause she looks pretty big.

  • She's a great dane. The largest dog breed in the world XD I'm pretty sure she's on the larger side XD

  • @SilverWhitzWolf I have a great dane :). But she's blue. :)

  • Aww love the colour blue XD I've never seen a great dane IRL before O.O

  • So cute! I love her big floppy lips.

  • Honey is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO gorgeous !!

  • is she a mastiff what breed?

  • Great Dane

  • @IceKube560 Great Dane

  • Honey is so cute! How old is she in this vid?

  • This was taken last month - she is nearly 6yrs old - will be 6 at the end of October

  • Well then, Happy Birthday or belated birthday Honey! :)

  • Oh I love Honey!!! She is such a great help around the house! Love, Dino

  • she's doing so great!!! I like the suggestion if teaching her to put it on a higher surface first, even for my shorter pups it's still hard to put it in a basket.

I started by making it MY job to have the sock land in the basket once my dog picked it up. First I clicked just the pick up, and then i clicked the tiny sound it made when it hit the bottom of the basket. gradually I helped out less and less with moving the basket for them :)
