Fuck that marching Shit! It simply don't work anymore!

  • OMG! 1 or 2 guy comes out and threatens the mob, simply saying if you don't leave, you will be arrested this is private property. and the mob leaves?

This is a just wanna be protester's, pretending like their fighting for change. If they truly cared about effecting change for real, they would have prepared themselves for any means necessary, including JAIL! Go back home Punk-Asses!

  • WHO owns Stock in this Company Rumsfield, Al Gore Powell & Obama ?????

  • All pharmaceutical companies to is make poison. Research done on colloidal silver in Africa looked promising. See the articles on whale. I bet there are some real remedies for AIDS outthere, not just poisons. Screw Novartis.

  • aids was made in a lab

  • THE GOVERNMENT ENGINEERED AIDS!

    and 9/11

take action in any way you can

  • AIDS is a project of the ILLUMINATI secret society the virus was created in laboratory as a biological weapon to eradicate the number of the population worldwide MASONS especialy JEWS NEW WORLD ORDER we are living the apocaliptic times.

  • it's my understanding more gays and blacks, but people in general is who AIDS takes out. google video aids patent

    the virus cancer project

    THE GOVERNMENT ENGINEERED 9/11

    KILL POLITICIANS AND CELEBRITIES

  • ERIK yeah ur write

  • why do they want to stop aids treatment?

  • because they aren't making money from the treatment, and they think they should be.

  • The Aids research which Novartis does involves cruel and sadistic tests on animals, I am against that.

  • too right. close down HLS!

  • activists.... nothing better to do than complain..... i'd like to see them working hard in the lab..... i work for novartis as an associate scientist in drug discovery and i believe that i am doing something worthwhile.... I make 55K a year working 50 hours a week, sometimes more..... You tell me if what I'm doing as a living is more worthy than some athletes and celebrities making millions

  • what you dont realise is that the company you work for will happily do ANYTHING to make a quick buck. same as HLS. what you are doing is giviing capitalist pigs an excuse to kill a few thousands puppies and then murder more people than that with you fraudulant science. test using the alternatives! not animals!

  • nothing better to do than complain?!?... what a biggoted, reptilian agenda mindset you have. If nobody was ACTUALLY taking action in this world to enforce some real checks and balances, then your dumb fucking scientist ass would have nothing to pridefully and blindly defend.

AIDS was engineered by the US government

9/11 was engineered the US government

and your mindset is a product of mind numbing propaganda

  • Yeah, Let the people have their medicine- who cares about the profits of a drug company, so what if they are close to finding a cure for cancer but decide to stop working on it because they will have to give away the secret recipe.

  • Great!! - the Indian justice system has cut the head off the big fat goose that's profiting from its patents.... and now, lets all go to the other end of the goose and await more golden eggs to come out for us to copy straight away without license and that sort of crap!!! Yeah!!!

Erm - anyone know a good vet - able to stitch heads back on and stuff??

"Indian court rejects Novartis patent challenge"

    Google title for full article

  • thanks wakeupsilver!!!

    thanks for posting this!!!

Long live a free and independent India!!!!

  • Perhaps you people should know that Daniel Vasella, CEO of Novartis is a member of the Club of Rome. An organization of rich, powerful people dedicated to at least one of many ideas of improving life for the weatlthy. That would be depopulation. With this in mind, it is most likely a ploy to continue depopulation like the Club of Rome, Bilderberg group, and the Bohemian Club. Check the member names and see if you don't find this CEO among the others.

  • That's not smart business. I'm just glad to see you guys are on youtube all day instead of running fortune 500 companies into the ground with your lack of business sense

  • People here that demand Companies pull patent cases are funny. I bet none of you would donate even 10% of your life savings to aids research. Yet you want Novartis to spend hundreds of millions to develop a useful drug and then have a generic company use their blueprint to manufacture the same drug without doing all the research.

  • Significantly, the major defensive argument is that Pharma comps such as Novartis need their inflated profits to fund reserch, however it is a little known fact that the majority of fatal disease based reserch (that is Aids, Cancer etc, as apposed to Cholestorol or erectile disfunction) is carried out by non profit government bodies and findings are then expanded on by Pharma.

  • If there was an Aids epidemic in the US or EU, patents would be witheld in the Emergency. same thing happend in Britain in wwii with many patented items. there currently IS an AIDS epedemic in SS africa, but nothing is done to help.

  • Also, when Novartis is "taking away the ability the ability to make cheap drugs" they are no worse than you or me putting a lock on our front door and taking away the ability of robbers to cheap furniture, housewares etc.

  • I'm unable to distinguish whether you are blind or stupid pitcalco, so I'll assume both. How anyone can compare material items to pharmaceuticals, whose initial and only aim is to CURE people, is beyond me. Obviously you have never worked in health nor travelled. Sad. I'm sickened that you share the same air as me.

  • Look, the text at the end invites people to spread the video around. Therefore, it is not at all strange that it be met with both agreement and disagreement.

I have not worked in health care, but I am very well travelled. I have encountered many different points of view so I do not get sickened sharing the air with others who disagree with me, like yourself, nor do I assume them to be blind or stupid.

  • Besides, TangerineNZ, you wouldn't want me to jump to moral conclusions about the people who get AIDS in the first place, would you?

  • I don't know if you watch those shows. I do. They're fine.

I know these people need the drugs. If their governments want to distribute them, then their governments should buy them at full price and then distribute them. I find it hypocritical on one hand to demand "cheap" drugs and on the other hand blame drug companies for worrying more about money than people.

  • @pitcalco Idiot, their governments cant afford the "buy them at full price and then distribute them".

They can however afford the cheap generic drugs from India.

  • No need to be name calling. Perfectly clever people can have a disagreement. But while we are on the topic, it is a no-brainer to see that these people are asking for something for nothing.

It should also be apparent that by cursing Novartis, you are cursing the very people who made these drugs possible in the first place. Bite the hand that feeds you.

  • I suppose these "do-gooders" work for free and expect drug companies to do the same.

As to "pills cost pennies"--WRONG. For every 5000 drugs tested only 1 makes it to market. It can cost millions to develop a single drug, most of them are never approved.

If you think that AIDS patients should get free medicine, then YOU yourself can go buy them and give them away for free to those in need.

  • drugs do cost a LOT of money to develop, but the action of Novartis against the Indian Gov. to allow the repatenting of existing drugs (without making significant changes) in order to prevent the production of generic drugs is a blatantly callous action and one that shamelessly puts profits ahead of peoples' lives.

  • That is not how the story has been presented in the media. Perhaps you have an inside angle.

All this protesting and governments confiscating patents will only serve as a disincentive for Novartis and other companies to develop new drugs. (Notice that there have been virtually no new malarial drugs since 3rd world governments confiscated the old ones.)

  • @pitcalco

The reason there has been no development with malarial drugs is because the people who die from malaria dont have as much cash as people in the western world who have high blood pressure or cant get a hard on.

Thats why the companies chose to put more money into R&D in these fields.

  • That may certainly be a factor. At least if you watch ER or Hollywood films they want you to think that.

My point was that governments have to stop confiscating patents of drugs and of everything else they have confiscated in other fields too if they want there to be development of any kind. Novartis is hardly the bad guy in all this.

  • I'm sorry I believe they are the bad guys in all of this.

Making some stupid reference to me watching ER or Scrubs doesn't negate the validity of my earlier statement.

Novartis are trying to take away the ability to make cheap generic drugs in India. These cheap generic drugs help Aids victims in Africa.
