Well this all depends on what you consider a steroid I guess. Pro-Hormones are legal in many if not all states in the US. Which can easily be called a steroid.
Steroid what? Sounds to me you are either cycling the wrong kinds of stuff, or your simply over-dosing. As I said before, you need to know what your doing :-p

yeah watever i dont do roids and i am big i work hard see roids swell the body so realisticly a guy who dont do roids will lift more than a roid guy around his size, plus roids only add 1 inch and muscle goes on genetics if you have really good genetics you will grow big if you have crap ones not even roids will make you big lucky for me i got good ones.
Roids at strength, but a huge fold. Thus' why all strength competitive sports (Powerlifting, strongman, Olympic Lifting) acquires the use of Steroids.
