Still my absolute favorite game in the series. Even DMC3 can't compare. Yes, it's one of the slower DMCs, but it's how methodical you can be. And, I read in the manual that you can switch weapons by clicking R3. I had no idea that you could switch weapons like that until my revenge run of this game.

I think Hideki Kamiya's absence in later games is so apparent after seeing or playing DMC1 again... the set ups in the first one are so much more cinematic...

he changed weapons by pressing the R3 button... that only works for devil arms though
