I don't think I would take out the black gaps. Maybe shorten them a bit. Every time one came up it freaked me out, because I wasn't sure what was going to be on the screen when it came back up. It worked, even if it was unintentional.

Something else, if you do more music videos, let musician deliver the lyrics, and the actors play their parts without lip-sycning. It was distracting, at least to me, because I know he's not Trent Reznor.

It was a VERY good video, and I enjoyed it greatly. :-)
