depends on what kinds of apps. games take up more space than other apps. on average, 50-60 apps will take maybe 1GB or so.

it depends on the size of the app. 1,000 Megabytes(MB) take up 1GB and most apps are about 1 to 10 mb

thanks, glad you feel more safe ordering refurbished products. generally, it is the same, but just has the word 'refurbished' inserted. You get the same warranty as always.

glad you liked it. 8GB is plenty, at least for me. I have 400 songs, a few photos, and 32 music videos. I still have 3+ GB left. Oh, and I have a little over 1GB of apps.

nope, i don't need it. there aren't any widespread defects and the protection plan mainly extends the manufacturing defect return policy and tech support. Seeing as there aren't any defects and I'm competent enough to solve my own issues, there was no need for me.

my friend had a zune, I used it for awhile. the ipods have a better interface and tighter integration than the zune does. the ipods have glass screens (hard to scratch), the zunes have plastic (scratches all over). just go to a store and try out both.

what I like about itouch you can now listen too aol radio streaming but the down side is that you have too listen too music near or around your house and ur room, you cant just go for a walk becouse you loose the wifi signal, they should made the radio built-in too itouch kinda like zune player has,

i agree, but then that would suck in PR, since zune copies the ipod, not the other way around, anyway they want differentiate the touch and the iphone as much as possible. and having a feature on the ipod and not on the iphone is bad ...

thanks! and no, I put it under a lamp, and no scratches or dings/dents or any sort. they replace the shell, and the glass is close to indestructible.

do you have a wireless network? It has to be using 802.11b/g. all you do is go to settings, and at the top select WiFi. Choose the network, enter in password if needed. hope that helps, snowleopard.
