  • At first I thought this wouldn't work, but I tried it on myself the next day after viewing this, and the pain actually decreased immediately. I can walk much better now with this painful knee. Hopefully I can rid my knee of pain altogether soon. Thank you so much for sharing this!

  • Thank you, Wm Wittman. Very useful tip

  • this can't be serious, a knee "condition" can't be cleared inmediately, a knee injury is a very dificult injury to solve in a cup of minutes...

  • @simplewebportal Injury and pain are not the same thing. An injury requires proper healing and therapy.

  • @chibiakutenshi It's an issue of term ambiguity, a "condition" or a "knee problem" can be an injury, so if someone tells that "acupressure point helps or heals 95% of all knee problems" it's just false, because an injury cant be cured just by acupressure. But acupressure may help with knee pain. Just use the right words and people may not be disapointed.

  • @simplewebportal It is false that it can help severe injury, but is able to help normal knee pain caused by wear and tear damage of the knee. It doesn't make it wrong, because it could be referring to one the other or both, though yes, poor wording on their part. I find often holistic doctors believe their treatments can do something they cannot. But as they cannot legally make certain claims they may term it in a statement like this which is ambiguous to mean either or.

  • @chibiakutenshi I actually worked for a holistic doctor for quite a few months and heard him say things just like this.

  • is this a joke? i didnt feel anything......?

  • i need help please, i strained my knee before 2 months ago and went to my physical therapist to do some exercises, the doctor said that its definitely getting stronger but it hurts when i try to run, other than that, i have no pain at all. can some one tell me if i really have a serious injury or not?

  • @englishtoarab Don't ever seek medical advise on youtube, EVER! Get a referal from your doctor to speak with a specialist!

  • My knee hurts too. I went to my Doctor yesterday and he sad that this a serious injury, they also said that there is a lot of water in my knee. What should I do about it ?. It hurts like a hell, that I can't really walk :(

  • so even if i torn my acl n mcl this will help me?

  • @fiess15 95% isnt 100% genius

  • I have a problem, when ever I bend my knee to a certain extent it hurts alot, and whenever someone hits it it hurts alot as well

  • Thanks for this. I am so desperate for help with my knee. I don't have health insurance so I'm relying on alternative care. I put this video on my blog today (TheSkinnyOnline) and linked to your VitalArts website so my readers can benefit. I'll have my cousin do this technique on me. I hope it works!!

  • hey somebody help me... i have same problem as mjbravo671 and dmc081

i have this POINTY thing popping out my knee.. when ever i touch it hurts and it hurts when i run , squat, jump.. etc..

    HELP

  • @ahmedkibaba

Me too! and I'm only 13!

  • This did work. Took some of the pain away in my knees. Mostly feel the tightness in the knees, but not as painful. How often is this technique recommended and pressing for how long?

  • You're right it works for 95% of all knee problems. I've done over 130,000 treatments and thousands of those were for knees, almost not a one that didn't respond. We're pre-production for a series "The Pain Whisperer" now.

I noted you "shaking" the leg before you mentioned it. What was great is that you weren't just shaking it but using the movement to allow your thumb to fix the tissue. Congrats, now used to seeing therapists that can fix things!

  • only hurts wen i hit it

  • what is a ball i have under my knee area?

  • Ya I kinda have a cartlage promblem with my knee !!

    my left knee is pointy

    What should I do ?

  • Rekon that the guy on the floor is actually a seriously fat girl!!

But hey.. fat girls need loving too!!

  • jesus christ the guy on floor has the most bow legged knees i have ever seen, looks like the movie encounters where the aliens legs were reverse jointed and they could jump really high to escape people

  • LMAO NICE

  • that's a girl!

  • will this work for skatin knee? when i crouch it hurt real bad :O

  • yooo same dude when ever i skate it kills
