I love this movie, I think it would be a good thing in society to have this type of thing. The only other movie close to this that I can think of is some lifetime movie where this woman was a serial killer who killed child molesters and the cops put very little effort into finding the killer in that movie too.

The concept is based on people getting away with it and taking the law into their hands and it is valid in some cases, IMHO.
