How often will you be working out, how long, at what intensity, and what type of training, weight training, intervals, etc. Then for diet another huge part of the picture. The level at which you train and the quality of your nutrition program are the most important aspects. Ephedrine is the icing on the cake.

@guitarvirtuoduder ephedrine alone will not take the weight off. it does require a bit of self control. here is my daily ephedrine diet. 1 in the morning after breakfast and 1 a half hour before lunch. if your new to ephedrine particularly the original stimerex es than just take 1 for the first week or 2. and find an active 8 hr a day job. eat proportionally. no need to exercise as exercise will only make u hungrier. it will take about a year maybe faster if u stick to it religiously.

Now I have no issues with the legality of supplements, half the stuff sold in GNC is technically illegal in Canada LOL, but when it comes to a product like the one you're referring to there is a high possibility of counterfeiting and getting who knows what in the finished product. yes you can!!! I live on Vancouver Island (BC) and Ephedrine is $5 for 50pills -8MG. I sometimes buy raw ephedrine from the Chinese Medicine doctor. Its does has a more potent effect I notice though. The funny thing is, a lot of people do not know that the FDA was created and now funded by the Tobacco Industry. Search for belief. I may not live in the US but I would not trust the FDA to much.

@NecroViolator Sorry for the delay in response. I would not mix the 2 products. From the looks of it Hemo has more than enough to get you going. Stimulants can have a diminishing returns type thing where you get to a point of "can't do much more" no matter how much you start increasing the dose. @NecroViolator take it real easy with stimulants, if you overdo it the substance will become useless to you as your body/mind adapts (plus it's unhealthy). start off with the smallest recommended dose and increase it (half a scoop at a time) only when you feel you must. when the maximum recommended dose isn't doing it for you anymore it's time to take a long break from all stims (or cycle them on/off in to begin with, like every other day or something) in order to reset your system. jusma2cents.

@NecroViolator EXCELLENT, it was taking longer than normal to make it over to england. It must have been on a canadapost tug boat or something. Dosage is 3 - 8 mg tabs each time. Check out my vid on dosages for more info on my channel. A 3 times a day dose would be 3, 8 mg tabs, 1 200 mg caff first thing in the morning, early to mid day, and last mid day early afternoon. You can remove the caff from the 3rd dose if it's too much. This is as strong as it gets vs herbs

In ref to the poster mgdivad yes ephedrine is a great stimulant but these are not long term products. Please limit yourself to a max of 6-8 weeks of use. Continued long term use will not support good health. Short term use for body fat reduction is fantastic and works amazing. Sporadic use for energy no problem. I'm Canadian and I get pure ephedrine for dirt cheap at a health food store. It is the perfect stimulant in that it gives no to minimal euphoria, feels like your not "on something" gives the push you need for whatever without any comedown. You can stay up for days without eating and feel perfectly normal, you don't look or feel high, you are stimulated to work or focus or whatever with no jitters or fiending or comedown. Ephedrine is the perfect stimulant.

not true at all. you cannot buy ephedrine in any reputable store. Popeyes doesn't have them shoppers drug mart doesn't have and other supplement stores also do not carry them and have not for at least 3years

@PeoplesChampEra Great question. This has been a work in process in the US for the last 20 years. I got involved in the late 80's and have experienced it first hand. I've seen state by state attack ephedrine as part of their war on drugs. Now ephedrine is controlled by DEA and FDA in the US. I personally know of distributors in the US who service very specific channels that have full time DEA agents working in the facilities to handle incoming calls from people looking to purchase ephedrine.

Depending on how long it's been since you used this will impact the effectiveness of the stack. The longer it's been, the more effective the stack. Most things leave the system over time. We have some very interesting laws in Canada when it comes to supplements. The US has always had a much freer system as far as allowing certain ingredients to be sold which of course has its pros and cons. Ironically the US system is now moving to a quality control standard that is similar to Canada's.

It wasn't until a few years ago that we could finally sell single aminos like l-arginine legally in Canada. At least we have ephedrine LOL. Thanks for your comment.

That being said who knows how long this will be the case in Canada. Law enforcement is pushing to make it more controlled in some way, and with good intentions of course, no one wants more hard drugs on the streets. We'll see how it all unfolds.
