  • If anyone has seen 2001: A Space Odyssey then they know that it's the opening theme and also HAL 9000 = Auto. Yeah, you guys know it, we all know it, if you don't go see it and find out and while you're at it ask about Stanley Kubrick and all of his movies please, thank you :)

  • The music completed their showdown perfectly.

  • HAL didn't make it this time :-)

  • 0:19

eve's scream is just heart breaking ><

  • Man can create a bullying machine, but the man is not stupid 1:00 =)

  • @0:29- the soundtrack reminds me of the incredibles

and he reminds me of a baby with first steps

  • Man VS Machine!

    Awesome scene!

  • The ending was funnier!

  • omg they're all so fat it funny

  • @TigerzRlz

    I found AUTO's scream at 1:08. =)

  • omg he walked

  • @RobloxGuy587 Wall-E. The only movie I can think of where standing up and walking is one of the coolest things ever.

  • = D all the people look like potatoes!

  • "AUTO, you are relieved of duty."

    *clicks the switch to MANUAL*

Does that mean his name is now MANUEL... sorry, MANUAL?

  • Auto flips out his taser at 0:13 and at 0:14 He reduces the circuiting to the holo-detector button.

  • Wooooooooooo!

  • Captain Badass pulls out another crowning moment of awesome, ladies and gentlemen. Next to his line when he declares they are going home TODAY, this has got to be my favourite moment of the movie. It really symbolises humanity comming of age when that bloated waste of sapce stands on his own two feet and strikes out in the name of mankind, including throwing in a cool one-liner as he finishes off the big bad.

  • This is the Same time as the Burno bot is Outside and Nearly gonig to faill

  • NNooo...

  • NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo....

  • God help us if one of them splips and hits the Auto button again lol

    Think he'll be mad?

  • 0:29 triumph XD

  • As for the comments about the song that's played when the captain is standing up:::: It's really funny! They used a 2001 song when it's supposed to be like 2775! LOL That's one of those funny little things that make WALL-E my favorite movie and one of the best pixar movies. :)

  • Its like Auto whipped out a knife, freakin awesome.

  • AUTO! U ARE RELEIVED OF DOOTY!!!! NOORRDDDDDD!!!!! *dead*

  • It's "Also Sprach Zarathustra" By Richard Strauss

BEFORE it was the theme for 2001: A Space Odyssey

  • lol how do you not know that? Anyways yeah this is probably the best part of the movie I got chills!

  • What is the music when the captain stands up?? Please tell me!

  • Yeah, i wonder that to! Is there someone who knows?

  • It's the theme from "2001: A Space Odyssey." It's been used for all sorts of stuff before.

  • Thank you very much!

  • @TheRiddleo It's real title is "Also sprach Zarathustra" and it was composed by Richard Strauss

  • @TundraMac It's "Sonnenaufgang"out of "Also sprach Zarathustra" from Richard Strauss

  • @TundraMac : proper title of the song is "thus spake zarathustra"

it's actually extremely appropriate here, given how many parallels there are between Auto and HAL

  • @TheRiddleo 2001: A Space oddysey, methinks.

  • @Krivcsa Thus Spoke Zarathustra is wat its called in the space odysee music list

  • @Krivcsa

It's called "Also Sprach Zaratrustha" It was Elvis Presley's introduction song during the 1970's

  • This clip represents the everlasting superiority Humans have over machines. No matter how big, powerful, and advanced machines get, humans will always be their masters.

  • @SaltonSeaCoolio If these machines were terminators I think the obese people would have lost. :-/ Good thing this is PG.

  • @SaltonSeaCoolio Ahahahaha. Ah-.. Let's look at reality. Who would have /really/ ended in a victory had this not have been a childrens animation? Morbidally obese individuals who exercise standing up maybe five minutes a month, or the mechanical machines?
