Takes me to a time in my life full of bike rides, long summer holidays with friends playing out in the street and country lanes in our village. Where we knew everyone's house but the name of the family living in it...where everyone's door was open. The sun shone more and even if it didn't we would out on our coats and wellies and still go out to play... I know I am looking at it with a rosy hue, but they were better times. The village is now part of the town, the old families gone including mine
