nicce my records 60 secs but your form is horrible no offence if you straightened your body out like natcomber13 said you wold be able to hold it for like 10 secs longer or more :D
cool, my record is 29 seconds, if you open your shoulder angle a bit more and arch your back less so that you are in a straighter line, you will be able to hold it for much longer. But good though

heb er een tijd op geoefend en kon ze toen idd beter,maar vind het nu gwn niet zo fun om te doen.
later mss weer wel,zou ze wel fun vinde moest ik ze kunne lol :D

I drilled it for like 3 months, but since then, I'm just doing them once in a while (maybe once a day, sometimes multiple times a day).
I've been doing them for like half a year or something
but you should just focus on the fun of handstands, they are actually fun to do!
