Question. Why is it that the magazine goes strait down on this gun? Usually when I see "assault rifle" (for lack of a better term) type guns the magazine curves forward like a banana "clip". Is it so that it won't interfere with the bi-pod thingamajiggy.

@StewartLucrative bullet shape and the necking of the case usually determines the curvature of the magazine

@StewartLucrative FAL, some H&K, and M14 magazines are straight. It usually means the rifle is .308. It's just the way they're made.

since i saw the flashlight on the rifle ( excuse me i'm from europe and i don't know sht about guns 'n rifles ) why not use the strobe on your rifle for short range ? you can sorta temporarly blind your oponent and shoot 'm down ( when in dark / cover offcourse ) , maybe it's total bullshit but then again it's only a suggestion ...
