Why would you want to add an account in this manner to your own computer? i say this because nowhere do you say -how- you go about getting into the other persons computer in order to do this trick. The default port number used for netbios is 139. You can check on your firewall. On mine it said System listening on outbound TCP port 139 - netbios session

2) If your access is limited, it's because the ACL was set that way.

This aint bullshit...its really simple, download a free ip port scanner. Choose any range and it will give you people who are online with that ip code. When you see the people who are online,double click and search for an open port...usually their closed, but if you find an open one, you can hack it.
