Politics aside...I think it's absurd for even ONE of the reasons to give the Nobel Prize to Obama to be because it would be a slap in the face to a former president no longer in power! I've heard several news commentators as well as other folks saying it was a way to get back at Bush...I didn't know something as important as the Nobel prize would be given based on getting back at a former leader....that's just wacky to me.
