Oh yea and the Longbow is a pretty good mech when loaded to the gills with Clan LRM 20's.  You getting hit with an entire salvo will knock down ANY mech. Tho, of course, heat is a problem.

thats exactly why they are not forsale, but you can get some during a mission? you can get THREE of them if I remember correctly.

Really fun fact: Inner Sphere Templar can use exact same weapon configuration as Mad Cat MKII... while weighing 5 tons less, carrying more armor, having the same jumpjets, maneuvering better, and running faster. It's too bad you can't buy them.
