Goldfrapp - Head First

I think Head first is very underated, it stands out from the rest of their albums for some reason (not that it's my favourite)  I think it's their most different album, its so simple and bold, really direct and very visual, I don't know why people dislike it, I think its genius.

@rocky362 it's not easy,it's just direct, structurally rocket is really unusual but its subtle you don't even notice, I think thats just as creative as the other genius stuff on felt mountain and son,thats the clever bit.

This little clip encapsulates a stream of emotions I was going through in spring 2010. Feelings of love dawning and excitement and romance being around the corner and electricity in the air. gosh i just adore it and Alison is somewhat animalic in this clip. As if she was not entirely human.. ♥

My early impressions of the album.

Quite light and summery, more poppy than Felt Mountain and Black Cherry.

I love the title track, Head First, though - sort of Satin Chic meets Abba. Cool and Alison really suits this Ashes to Ashes look :D
