The Edison New Jersey plant was built to build these cars. Now a Sam's club is there and no other interests of the remaining parcels of land.

my first car a 50 sedan, back in 1957 now I have a 53, love them! flathead V8. last one was in 53 and then the Y block V8 but the flathead had that great sound. No More.

That sucks considering that Ford didn't need the government bail-out.

I wonder if these car marquees will come back once the recession ends and more people buy cars again?

Now, nobody can make their next car a mercury. It is being discontinued.
