When I played the 2nd game and I saw Flora like, STALKING them and when she was caught with the dog and she was all like "I didn't want to be lonely again!" I was all FLASHBACK 2 CURIOS VILLAGE! When I looked back at CV. It's all "Layton you are now Flora's guardian." Then I think... WAIT... WHY DID LAYTON ABANDON FLORA??!?!!??

1. They didn't knew that Don Paolo was disguising as Flora, until some moment of the game.

2. The train didn't work, so he couldn't rescue her until the mystery of the Diabolical Box (AKA Pandora's Box) is discovered.
