Football has traditionally played second fiddle, and probably always will, but it's all relative...fans have poured into Commonwealth Stadium even when things haven't been going well for the football program. As far as the basketball team getting progressively worse, it's rough right now mainly because there's a new coach, new system, very young team, etc...
