  • This new procedure does not work in Hawaii at Kaiser Permanente because of the uncaring and invasive acts by Dr. Terry White. It is not recommended because it does not work, the risk is there and life is pretty dismal. High rate of complications are occurring and are not being taken cared of in Hawaii.
