  • AMERICA likes to blame CHINA as the BAD GUY, but why is USA still supporting the ONE CHINA POLICY!? People out there needs to understand that TAIWAN is the Secret Colonial State of America!

After WW2 when America defeated Japan, did USA gave Taiwanese People the freedom to elect our Taiwanese Government? No, they did not! What they did instead is to install an USA PUPPET Government by the name of KMT!

This is starts of American Imperalism of TAIWAN!

  • everyone in this plz shutup!

we are the person of this world.

    ONE LOVE.

  • Something most people don't know: when the PRC first established diplomatic relations with major players such as Japan, US, UK, France, and Germany, none of them recognized Taiwan being part of the PRC. This is why the PRC has been trying to get Japan and US to agree on paper that Taiwan is part of PRC but failed. This was reported on the news.

  • 【Notice from the China Government official】 (1).Chinese Tourists visiting Taiwan are to be aware of certain personal regulatory behaviors: Person/Persons are not to engage in any political ventures that concern the two straits (i.e. China and Taiwan). They are not to engage in gambling, pornography/prostitution, drugs and other illegal activities.

(2).Chinese Tourist visiting Taiwan must present themselves as civilized, in speech, dressing and manner at all times during their stay.

  • from this notice, one can figure that there are a lots of complaints about chinese tourists and they don't behave. That's why they have to be reminded over and over just like a kid.

  • If Taiwan is a part of China, why China likes to threaten Taiwan with more than 1300 missiles? Chinese always tell me about their love for Taiwan - sounds more like rape than love.

  • I think if Shanghai or any province tried to leave China it would be the same thing. They treat it like it was a treason or at least the person who's advocating it.

  • nobody likes china, so dream on!

  • nobody likes you,son of bitch

  • nobody like china~

    china should be gone~

    eliminate china~

    lol~

  • yeah screw that jap

  • You are such a fool~ lol

And stop making a fool out of yourself~ lol~

We do not need to declare Taiwan's independence because Taiwan is an independent country already u fool~ Does American need to declare its independence? does Japanese need to declare its independence? And most funny thing is that all the fucking chinese people called DPP people Pro-Taiwan Independence groups. lol~ doesn't that show you much of the msg already? lmao~

    祝你好自為之,KakimotoRift先生,(如果你看得懂中文的話)呵呵,也請你老實一點,日本出身就日本出身,還什么臺灣國出身呢,臺灣出身還不會看中文,假不假啊?

  • The truth about Taiwan's status is that Taiwan is an independent country for a long time.

You don't need to call lovely Japanese in such a way.

Japan did not plan to or has a mind of taking over Taiwan or invading Taiwan.

china is the asshole that is trying to invade Taiwan and take over Taiwan by force illegally. But still~ china does not dare declare a war against Taiwan. Too bad~ Dream on will you? chinese slaves~

  • Taiwanese hate China? not true, most Taiwanese are wise enough to recognise the difference between a normal Chinese person and a Chinese communist

  • you chinese dog, chinese slave. Be gone!

    nobody likes china~

  • ROC established in 1911

    PRC established in 1949

    Japan Era in Taiwan 1895~1945

    WW2 1939~1945

Sorry to say that, Taiwanese killed chinese too during WW2.

Taiwan is never a part of china.

If Taiwan is a part of china then why does the chinese government going out around the world convincing people that Taiwan is a part of china. Products made in Taiwan are Made in Taiwan not made in china. Taiwanese currency is not chinese currency.

  • because people are ignorant. China has to educate them first and then move to step 2 that is the take over process so as to avoid getting people shocked during that process. China is trying to undertake a very smooth transition so as to create the least disturbance possible. China is very smart! Afterall as U say, there's nothing wrong to have your property ready when U need it. China need it now. So get ready Taiwan your brother need U.

  • Soon U will see. PRODUCTS MADE BY THE GREAT REPUBLIC OF CHINA..no need to mention Taiwan because it will already be part of the club.

  • Actually, these products do exist. The lab aprons in my Biology class has the tag "Made in ROC". lol.

  • UHH .. china has controlled taiwan for few hundred years .. and hongkong currency is not chinese so what its still part of china? DUH DUHDUH tard???

  • it's part of china b/c hong kong is "leased out" to britain

while taiwan is "Carved" and gave it to japan.. and thus whatever japan did to taiwan, china has no authority over taiwan..

  • Most people in Taiwan either from the Japan Era or today love Japan but hate china.

If Taiwan is a part of china then tell hu jing tao to try to come over then. Even the normal people in china have difficulties of coming over. Don't tell me that all people in Taiwan are chinese. Tell me how. Yes there are few chinese here in Taiwan just like the rest of the world but Taiwan is under control by the people of Taiwan.

  • Sorry to write so long, but I hope you can understand, China is always the suzerain of Taiwan, you can't say due to an illicit treaty, so the suzerain is Jap. Jap is not the suzerain, she can not decide to cede in 1952

  • For example, can Russia sign a treaty with China to cede Washingtom D.C to China? No, cos both are not the suzerain of W D.C. Under an unfair treaty, Jap cannot be the suzerain and cede Taiwan in 1952.

  • An example of unfair and illicit treaty is: blackhand forced you to sign a contract to hand your land to them FREE. Do you think this contract is legal simply cos you have to and have signed it? :)))

  • Totally invalid under international law, sorry. 1895 was a valid cession to Japan, and 48 nations recognized Japan's cession as of April 28, 1952. Please stop talking nonsense. Thanks.

  • Ok, tprophet77, if you don't dare to face the facts, I don't need to discuss with you. But I can tell you nowadays, 160+ (far more than 48) countries insist Taiwan is a part of China, including Taiwan's constitute :)

  • You are the one who is not facing the facts. Taiwan was ceded by Japan in the peace treaty of April 28, 1952. That was fully recognized under international law. China was not the "receiving country." Stop arguing nonsense.

  • but there is not only one international treaty -SFPT, right? Not to mention Japan didn't cede Taiwan in SFPT. She simply gave up all her rights on Taiwan. 1972, in another treaty signed by China and Japan, Japan insist obeying Cario and Postdam Declarations: return Taiwan to her suzerain - China

  • There was no 1972 treaty. You are making things up. Cairo and Potsdam are of less legal weight than SFPT. Taiwan was ceded in SFPT Article 2b. Your Chinese propaganda is childish.

  • In 1952, Japan simply gave up all her rights on Taiwan, she didn't Cede Taiwan to any country in SFPT. In 1972, in Joint Communique of Japan and China, Japan agrees fully obeying Cairo and Potsdam Declarations, returning Taiwan to China :)

  • Taiwanese are the only people that have the rights for the future of Taiwan.

  • Just like Hilter invaded many countries and signed whatever treaties with them, they are all illicit due to unfair conditions. So Treaty of Shimonoseki is unfair and illicit treay. Taiwan's suzerain is China.

  • Not to mention, 1941 China declared war with Jap and abolish all treaty with Jap. So Jap is not the suzerain of Taiwan, she can give up her rights, but she has no rights to decide anything on Taiwan, as the suzerain of Taiwan is China.

  • 1885, China was forced to cede Taiwan to Jap as in Treaty of Shimonoseki (马关条约)。However, 1941 China's govm denied the Treaty, so China is still the suzerain of Taiwan. What is the business of US in this case?

  • So Taiwan is not a land without suzerain, it definitly cannot apply the occupancy principle, otherwise, Russian beated Hilter, half of Europe should belong to Russia? or France should belong to Britain?

  • The "half of Europe" you mention was not a territorial cession. Taiwan was a territorial cession as of April 28, 1952. China was not the "receiving country."

  • Sorry, should be 1895. China was the suzerain of Taiwan, in 1895, Japs used violence forcing China to sign the Treaty ceding Taiwan. 1941, ROC abolished all treaty with Japs. So China is always the suzerain of TW.

  • The attempted revocation of a treaty can only apply to "active clauses." The clause ceding Taiwan to Japan, having been completed in 1895, was no longer active. Wake up.

  • Taiwan was ceded to Japan in 1895, and then ceded by Japan as of April 28, 1952, but China was not designated as the receiving country. Wake up.

  • The US should stop minding other people's business. Rather, they should worry about their own economy and the lives of their young. I'm sure no family in the US would want to lose their young in a future war even if it didn't really serve any major interest to US. Taiwan will still suck up to the Japs.

  • Taiwan business is the USA's business. Taiwan is an overseas territory under the jurisdiction of USMG. You need to watch more of the videos . . . .

  • Ok, tprophet77, in U.S and PROC's 1979 Joint Communique, The Government of the United States of America acknowledges the Chinese position that there is but one China and Taiwan is part of China. "acknowledge + noun" means "accept or recognize", please check Webster's 9th Dictionary^^

  • RE: The CRS Report for Congress, July 2007 -- China/Taiwan: Evolution of the "One China" Policy. Here is a summary --

    (1) The US did not explicitly state the sovereign status of Taiwan in the three US-PRC Joint Communiques.

    (2) The United States only "acknowledged" the "One China" position of both sides of the Strait.

    (3) US policy has not recognized (a) the PRC's sovereignty over Taiwan; (b) Taiwan as a sovereign country; but has considered (c) Taiwan's status as undetermined.

  • A MESSAGE TO MY FRIENDS ON THE CHINESE MAINLAND: please pay attention to the fact that you soon won't be able to watch YOUTUBE anymore! your government has got too much to hide.

  • Hi, becher, our people are too busy to watch or discuss those useless topics in Youtube, as we are working hard to make our country a powerful chess player in the world stage. Nobody in China would like foreigners to invade our country just like what happened in 1800's.^^

  • Hi, tprophet77, I check some details again. In SFPT, Japan give up all rights on Taiwan. In 1972, in the China-Japan Joint Statement, Japan agrees that Taiwan is a part of PROC and strictly obey Cairo and Potsdam Declaration. Please check.^^

  • The problem is "Taiwan belongs to China" is Chinese internal problem. It is not an international issues. So how can SFPT (international treaty) apply?

  • The problem of Taiwan is not a Chinese internal problem because Taiwan does not belong to China. The SFPT is the highest ranking document of international law on this subject, and "China" was not even a party to the treaty. "China" therefore has no claims over Taiwan whatsoever. You need to study the entire contents of this series ...

  • Hi,lovely tprophet77, if China was not a part to the treaty, can this treaty binds China? If you are not a Chinese citizen, can Chinese laws apply on you? It seems you don't have common sense about the legislation jurisdiction

  • Article 25 of the SFPT specifically provided that the Treaty did "not confer any rights, titles or benefits on any State which [was] not an Allied Power [as defined in Article 23(a),]" subject to certain narrow exceptions set forth in Article 21. Accordingly, China, a non-party, did not receive "any right, titles or benefits" under the SFPT except as specifically provided in Article 21.

  • According to Article 21, China, a non-party, was entitled only to two benefits: one under Article 10(a), which abrogated the Peking Protocol previously signed by China and Japan; and another under Article 14(a)(2), which enabled China to seize the Japanese property within China's jurisdiction at the time of the SFPT's entry into force. China did not receive any other benefits under the SFPT according to its terms.

  • In 1940's, U.S, Britain and China announced Cario and Potsdam Declarations, which means U.S. need to obey them. These two Declarations requiring Japan return Taiwan back to China.

  • 台灣應以「建國」取代「獨立」訴求

  • How is a US law the highest ranking law in the world as he so described around 2:50 about the SanFrancisco peace treaty? typical arrogant westerner

  • The San Francisco Peace Treaty is an international treaty.

  • That does not mean third parties are bound to it as well. Only the mentioned parties. and even at that - international law "binds" parties only in the sense of contracts, but there is no legal enforcement. the international courts cant do anything but hand down paper judgements

  • Well that's all you can say, isn't it?

  • You don't have to show your opposition.

    It is a historical fact.

  • Bluefish is so correct!

  • A fact the announcer has to ignore is that neither ROC nor PRC signed onto SFPT. SFPT has no bearing on Taiwan status whatsoever. Taiwan was returned to China on the basis of Cairo Declaration, Potsdam Proclamation, and Japanese Instrument of Surrender. The announcer is paid to read one-sided propaganda prepared by Taiwan separatist organizations.

  • None of the Allies recognized any transfer of sovereeignty of Taiwan to the ROC on the Oct. 25, 1945, surrender ceremonies. The Cairo Declaration, Potsdam Proclamation, and Japanese Surrender documents only indicate "intent." Such "intent" must be finalized by complete and specific provisions in a post-war treaty.

  • Did the Allies recognize the return of Manchuria back to China? Is Manchuria part of China today?! The Allies signed onto the returning of all Chinese territories stolen by Japan in Cairo Declaration and Potsdam Proclamation. Yeah, in Aug. 1945, Japan only "intended" to surrender by signing Japanese Instrument of Surrender. Laughable....

  • You are the one who is laughable. There is no basis in international law to say that a "press release" or a "surrender document" serves to finalize the transfer of the "title" of territory. Such transfer can only be done in a treaty.

  • it is very clear that Manchuria belongs to ROC, there is no needs to transfer sovereignty, but it is not the case for Formosa(Taiwan).

  • Thank you.

  • Great job. Thank you!.
